Many people are goes to gym to reduce their weight but it was full of tried.In some cases, keeping a fad diet cause your body serious harm.

Here are some tips to reduce weight, tone your body and stay fit.

1 --> Drink Lots of water throughout day and with all meals.

2--> Drink lots of GREEN tea. At least Twice a day;


3--> In morning, Drink 1 cup of lemon water (warm).

4--> Strictly to stop sugar, pasta, bread, potatoes.

5-->  Eat vegetables of your choices and specially green vegetable.

6--> Eat 4 meals in a day.. Include all the snacks.

7--> Don't eat anything after 8PM. otherwise, it will digest properly.

8--> Stop to eat Junk food, pizza, Burger, chips, popcorn, cakes, and cookies.

9--> Mostly eat green vegetable, and some proteins.


10--> Oats, fruit salad are taken within snacks.


11--> Do only light weight training. 2 times a week.

12--> always drink 1 protein liquid drink.

13--> Eat only some good fats.

14--> only Sleeps 8 hour a day.

15--> Eat almonds 4 times a day.

16--> daily eat apple a day. " an apple keeps a doctor away"

17--> Take everyday some good quality of vitamin and protein in a day.
