1. First of all, Login to your blogger account.

2. Click on the blog which you want to transfer.

3. Go to the settings >>basic.

4. Then you can see blog authors box you can see add authors button just Click on it!

5.  Add E-mail address of the buyer in the box.

6. Click on the Invite Author. And it shows ! invitation sent.

7. After His/Her invitee accepts he will automatically shows as author.

8. Make his/her Admin of the your blog.

9.  After selling your blog, Remove yourself from the blog by clicking Cross-mark button beside your name.
